Arbio & Ainbo: An Alliance Uniting Amazonian Craftsmanship and Forest Conservation
We have formed a meaningful alliance that brings together the strength of Amazonian craftsmanship with the protection of the rainforest in Madre de Dios. This collaboration seeks to inspire awareness, create real impact, and connect more people with the true value of the forest and the living cultures that call it home.
Ainbo works hand in hand with women artisans who create each piece entirely by hand using Amazonian plant-based fibers. The brand honors ancestral techniques while celebrating creativity, identity, and the essential role Amazonian women play in preserving their territories and cultural heritage.

Arbio, on the other hand, leads conservation efforts across 916 hectares of primary forest, protecting centuries-old trees and fragile ecosystems threatened by illegal logging. Their work includes forest monitoring, on-the-ground patrols, and environmental education initiatives that safeguard biodiversity for future generations.
A Partnership to Protect and revalue the Amazon
Through this collaboration, every selected AINBO piece carrying the ARBIO Tag directly contributes to strengthening ARBIO’s rainforest conservation efforts. In this way, craftsmanship becomes a bridge connecting those who choose these pieces with the natural landscapes from which the fibers, culture, and stories behind each design originate.

Culture, Forest, and Community
This alliance celebrates the role of Amazonian women, the value of ancestral crafts, and the urgent need to protect the ecosystems that sustain this extraordinary cultural and biological wealth.

We proudly celebrate this union - one that allows every AINBO piece to also become an act of conservation.
